Busy Brains Club: ADHD Thought Trap Detox
A free, practical workshop for women with busy, ADHD-type minds who want clearer thinking, less negative spiralling, and more self-trust without any forced positivity or 'just be more disciplined'-type advice. Pushing on through is not a thing for us.
I’m Jill, a Therapeutic ADHD coach and ADHD specialist therapist, and I work with women who are brilliant at what they do but also quietly exhausted by the mental load: overthinking, all-or-nothing productivity, time optimism, rejection sensitivity, and the harsh inner commentary that sometimes accompanies it all.
In this free 60-minute Zoom workshop, we’ll take a deeper dive into ADHD as a regulation/dysregulation issue . It's not a character flaw, nor a willpower problem. You’ll learn what regulation and dysregulation actually mean in everyday life, how they show up for ADHD-type women, and what helps when your brain and body feel overwhelmed, stuck, scattered, or flooded.
By the end of the session you will:
- Understand regulation vs dysregulation in ADHD (in plain English)
- Recognise six common types of dysregulation (emotional, cognitive, somatic, sensory, time/task, relational)
- Identify your personal signature patterns and early warning signs
- Leave with practical strategies for each type, plus a simple 'what to do' sequence
- Know the next step if you want deeper support after the workshop
There’ll be a couple of short reflective moments to personalise the learning, plus a brief Q&A at the end.
No diagnosis required. If 'ADHD-type / Busy Brain' resonates with your lived experience, you’re welcome here.
Come as you are. Leave with tools you’ll use the same day.
