This is a practical workshop led by Dr Suzy Klein, Chartered Counselling Psychologist, during which participants will learn about self-esteem and how to address low self-esteem. Low self-esteem is a common concern that many people deal with and can create difficulties with perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, and low mood. Participants can expect to learn about how self-esteem is formed, the types of experiences that can impact our self-esteem, and what we can do to rebuild self-esteem. The workshop will last up to 2 hours, and participants are provided resources via email following the session.
Please note that workshops are not group therapy, but are instead considered psychoeducation. Workshop attendees are considered participants, rather than therapy clients. If you are interested in pursuing therapy sessions instead, please contact the workshop host.
