The Therapist’s Pause

Therapists spend their days listening, supporting and holding space for others. Yet in the midst of caring for others, it can be easy to forget the importance of creating space for ourselves.

The Therapist’s Pause is a restorative online evening designed especially for counsellors, psychotherapists and helping professionals who would like the opportunity to slow down, reconnect and replenish.

During this session, we will gently explore the importance of therapist wellbeing, nervous system regulation and the value of taking time to pause. You will then be guided through a deeply relaxing meditation designed to help you release the pressures of the day and reconnect with yourself.

This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of the therapy room, experience being held rather than always holding, and receive the same compassion and care that you offer so generously to others.

No previous meditation experience is needed, simply come as you are.

A certificate of attendance will be provided for your professional development records.
