Keeping your diary accurate and staying on top of the admin involved with new bookings, rearrangements and payments can be the most labour intensive part of running your own counselling practice. We are here to help.
Simple colour coding
View your available sessions at a glance and readily see what sessions have yet to be paid for with our simple colour coding.
This is particularly useful when you have a prospective client on the phone looking for a session. It helps avoid double bookings or you offering out a time that would usually belong to a current client, both of which are surprisingly easy to do when you're on the spot.

Make updating your diary effortless
Using your Kiku diary you can schedule new bookings and rearrange or cancel existing appointments in just a few clicks.
We'll automatically send notifications to your clients so they are always up to date and have all the information they need prior to their appointment, and if your client is paying via Kiku, we'll issue a payment reminder 24 hours before their session is due to start.
When cancelling appointments we'll arrange any refunds for you and will give you the option to apply your cancellation policy where applicable.

Take the admin off your shoulders
When making a booking or a change to your Kiku diary simply check the Send Notifications box to issue confirmation or update messages to your client and schedule an appointment reminder.
Therapy Teams: We'll let your therapists know about any changes you make to their diaries.
You can rest assured that everyone's been updated.
For any sessions that are due to be paid using the client's Kiku account, we'll issue a payment reminder email to the client 24 hours before the session is due to start.
You'll receive an email letting you know when payment has been made, and the appointment will be marked as paid in your diary.
