In this way, clients are always aware of where sessions will be held and what appointment modalities they can access at given times across your clinical week.
Select your services and define their session length and fees for Kiku to apply when taking bookings.
When you set your service fees you can vary your regular pricing according to session type (initial consultation vs treatment session) and appointment time (daytime, out of office hours, or weekend).
You can also offer introductory discounts or sliding payment scales for individual clients using our handy Client Discount feature.
Set your service terms
We'll help you make sure your clients are fully aware of your terms of business from the get go.
Upload your full terms or amend the legal template we've provided to fit your service rules. We'll both direct your clients to these, and ask that they provide their digital agreement at the point of booking.
Since few of us read full Ts and Cs, it's also good practice to provide an abridged client agreement. Upload your own or use our template and we'll issue this document to clients with their Appointment Confirmation message alongside any other pdf files you've uploaded as attachments.
Define your cancellation policy and we'll highlight this when clients make a booking, add it to the session details download and reemphasise your policy when clients make changes to arrangements.
When clients cancel or reschedule without providing sufficient notice, we'll enforce your cancellation policy on your behalf.
Convey the personality of your service
Create your own message templates to ensure that the automatic communications we send to your clients are a true representation of your brand and ethos.
For maximum versatility, appointment confirmation templates can be adapted according to the session type (initial consultation vs treatment session) and session format (in person, telephone, online).
This means you can guarantee your clients are being sent the right information prior to their appointment.
