Switching To Kiku

How does the team subscription work?

With our basic team plan you'll have a central admin account plus 3 therapist accounts.

Extra therapist accounts can be added for just £6.99 pcm.

The administrator will be able to view the team's availability and manage their diaries and you'll have access to an online booking feature you can add to your website that allows clients to search for availability across your entire service with ease.

When you set up your account, you'll be asked to define your practice settings including the payment details of your contract with your therapists (% split), cancellation policy and automated emails. You'll then be ready to add therapists to your team and they will inherit your settings.

When you Add A therapist to your team, we'll send them an invite by email. They'll need to activate their account and define the services they provide, their fees and their availability. All qualified counsellors on the team will also have the option to create a Kiku profile page.

Any payments processed through Kiku will be divided between the organisation and therapist according to the contract details that you have set.

NB Card processing fees are always paid for by the central team account and are taken directly from your share of the appointment fee.
