If you opt to take card payments using the Kiku system, our card processing fees will be applied to each payment made.

For independent therapists the card processing fee is 2.4% plus 20p per transaction.

For therapy teams the card processing fee is 2.2% plus 20p per transaction.

If you choose to use our text messaging service the cost is 5p per text.
