I am a BACP registered relationship therapist with over ten years experience supporting people through times of crisis, including my work with Samaritans, Relate and in private practice.

I use an integrative approach, which means I draw from a number of different therapeutic models to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and circumstances. I offer a safe, confidential and compassionate space where we can build a trusting and supportive relationship. From there we can explore the issues and concerns you are facing and work together towards a positive change at a pace that feels right for you.
