I offer person centred therapy which means all our work is guided by you, You decide what you wish to talk about and you set the pace. Don't worry if you are thinking I don't know where to start, I can help you identify a starting point but you choose where it takes us and often in sessions issues are intertwined and they can feel jumbled initially but over sessions it gently becomes untangled and you are able to decide on where you would like to focus and prioritise.

Experience

I have 9 years experience as a school based counsellor working with both primary and secondary aged children, I have 2 years experience working with adult survivors of rape and sexual abuse in a SARC Sexual assault referral centre. I have a special interest in bereavement by suicide especially the added trauma of those who discover their loved one. Since qualifying I have worked with a variety of issues, anxiety, divorce, domestic abuse, bereavement, bereavement by suicide, disordered eating, self harm, infertility issues, menopause related issues, work related stress, relationship issues, isolation and loneliness.

I am also a qualified clinical Supervisor offering online and face to face supervision for both students and qualified therapists. I offer a steady, supportive space where you can explore your work in depth, reflect honestly, and grow in confidence and clarity. Whether you’re starting out in placement or are an experienced counsellor navigating complex work, I bring a grounded, relational approach rooted in mutual respect and meaningful connection.
