Therapy with me...

My approach is unique to each client, factoring developmental and chronological ages. I work interactively, person-centred, yet directively and creatively- integrating arts/games therapies with CBT. I find individual ways to connect to every client and find humour, where appropriate, can go a long way to heal. I work to help young people understand their behaviours and motivations and challenge perspectives, whilst being very much on their level. EFT and Hypnotherapy qualified practitioner. It is normal to feel apprehensive about therapy and not knowing what to expect. I will do everthing I can to make you feel welcome, at ease and heard. Confidentiality is paramount and I hold my clients, wellbeing at the heart of all I do. I can also do family work and there is no obligation to continue after our initial consultation.

Experience

I have worked in psychotherapy for over 15 years. While I am, fully, in private practice now I gained experience working as a school counsellor at Park lane Primary- Wembley, Mathew Arnold School- Oxford and Didcot Girls School- Didcot.

I am currently studying for a Masters Degree in Neuroscience and Psychology.
