Starting therapy can be daunting, I understand that beginning this journey can take courage and I will be by your side to gently guide you through the process. I am warm, easy to talk to and therapy will always be taken at a safe pace that is comfortable for you.

I prioritize ensuring that you feel genuinely heard and achieve your desired outcomes from our therapy sessions. Together as a team, we will create a treatment plan to meet your needs. Therapy can be an empowering experience that can create positive lasting change.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy. In-person, online and telephone sessions.
I work with individuals and couples.

I provide a safe comfortable space for our sessions. In person work is carried out in a quiet peaceful room located in West Jesmond. There are good transport links and parking.

Clinic days are Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons/evenings. Saturday daytime. Online sessions other days.

I am here to create a warm and supportive environment for my clients, where they can explore their thoughts and emotions. Together, we can reflect on past behaviour patterns that may not be beneficial anymore, helping you to make positive changes.

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, meaning that I use a variety of different modalities to suit your individual needs. I work with both individuals and couples.

I have a strong interest in couples therapy work and attachment.

I have completed 8 years of training in UK accredited training centres and 7 years experience of working with clients.
