I'm an experienced therapist who enjoys working with adults, children and young people (and babies and small children for craniosacral therapy).

You are unique and I work with everyone differently. For counselling, I use talking, playing, doing creative stuff, using symbols and lots of other ways so that you feel comfortable exploring what you need to look at and finding ways that are right for you to change. For Craniosacral therapy, I adapt how I work to suit you.

Experience

I have been a therapist since 2005 and have worked with many, many people, often with trauma that has taken a toll on their minds and bodies. It is always great to see change and help people find out what is so hard and what they might do to change.

Areas of Expertise

Counselling:
Neurodivergent people of all ages
Children who find school difficult or can't go at all
Adults who are wondering where they have gone wrong and why life doesn't add up
Craniosacral therapy (somatic):
Longstanding physical difficulties from accidents, surgery, etc
Emotional/physical issues that are hard to separate

If you need a specialist, I am able to offer therapy to people who are affected by Neurodivergence, Personality Disorder
