Hello...

Hello, I’m Jill, an integrative therapist and therapeutic ADHD coach, with lived experience of neurodivergence. I support women with busy brains who feel stuck in overwhelm, self-doubt, burnout, or that constant 'why does life feel so hard?' feeling.

Clients come to me for many reasons: making sense of late-identified ADHD/AuDHD traits, untangling anxiety or low mood, recovering from burnout, processing trauma, navigating relationships, or rebuilding confidence after years of masking and pushing through.

My style is warm, clear, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are, help you name what’s going on, and make space for both the practical realities of daily life and the deeper story underneath.

If life feels overwhelming and you’re longing for a pause to reconnect with you, this can be a place to offload what’s weighing you down, take stock of where you are, and rebuild life so it fits you better.

Therapy with me...

I work in a blended way that brings therapy depth and coaching structure together. My approach is integrative, meaning I’m trained in a range of modalities so we can find the right blend for you. I’m especially informed by psychodynamic work, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches, and I keep training to deepen my practice. As both ADHD coach and therapist, I can support you with past and present patterns while helping you build practical tools for a steadier future.

Coaching elements add focus and scaffolding: clarifying what matters, designing supports, testing strategies, and creating plans you can sustain. In our first session we’ll explore what’s brought you here and what you’d like to achieve, and start shaping an approach that feels right. Some sessions are more reflective, others more practical; most are a mix. We review what’s helping as we go, so the work stays responsive and useful.

Experience

My clinical experience includes integrative counselling and therapeutic ADHD coaching with neurodivergent women, supporting presentations such as anxiety, low mood, burnout, trauma responses, relationship difficulties and identity/late-diagnosis adjustment. I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic therapy, IFS-informed parts work and somatic approaches, and I blend this with coaching tools to support regulation, behaviour change and sustainable life design.
I also bring 15+ years in education with senior leadership responsibility for inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding, which strengthens my risk awareness, trauma-informed practice, and systems lens.
Alongside client work I deliver training and speaking, including work connected with the National Autistic Society and the Autism Education Trust, and I’m the founder of Busy Brains Club.
