Hi, I'm Kat and I'm a neurodivergent therapist. I'm a registered integrative therapist, drawing on both person centred and psychodynamic theory.

I offer online therapy to adults who want a safe, non-judgemental space to explore their feelings. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to the work, and I aim to offer a consistent, supportive space where trust can develop over time. I recommend scheduling sessions at the same time and day each week, where possible. I hope to understand your experience and support you in coming to your own answers.

Experience

I am a newly qualified therapist; I qualified in July and saw clients both online and in person during my placement. I was a teacher, prior to this and have been supporting Young Carers for the past 3 years.

Areas of Expertise

I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults, including those who don't have a formal diagnosis . I have Non-Verbal Learning Disability (NVLD), a neurodivergent profile known by few, and feel passionate about making sure all neurodivergent people feel heard and understood.

I also specialise in working with trauma and am interested in how both trauma and neurodivergence can influence our experience of relationships and attachment.
