I am a client-led psychotherapeutic counsellor, working with adult clients to support their mental health and wellbeing. Whether you are feeling anxious, having issues with confidence and self-esteem or my more specialised areas of grief, medical trauma, identity and addiction, I am here to support your journey to make the changes you desire.
