I am a qualified psychotherapist offering a safe, confidential and supportive space for therapy. My work is grounded in person centered values, with an emphasis on empathy, respect and authenticity. I aim to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood and accepted. I believe that feeling safe within the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful and lasting change.

Therapy with me is relational, collaborative and shaped by your individual needs. Sessions offer space to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I work in a trauma informed way, paying close attention to safety, choice and emotional regulation. We regularly review the work together to ensure therapy feels supportive, helpful and aligned with your goals.

Experience

I trained as a person centered therapist and hold a post graduate diploma too. I am also a qualified EMDR therapist and work integratively. I have experience working with adults across different settings. My clinical work includes supporting clients with trauma, attachment related difficulties, anxiety, depression and emotional regulation. I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure my work remains ethical, reflective and responsive.
