Through my earlier years I had a varied life that brought a lot of emotional pain and trauma, alongside addiction and poor relationship choices. I found through many years of personal development, therapy and a path of recovery that I was able to change my life totally.
In the last twenty five year's and more I have been able to complete my psychotherapy training, qualify and start to help others change their lives around, as I did.

Worked in Mental Health for four years.
