My name is Simon Parker. I believe that we need a supportive space to heal, to slow down and to allow the body to bring the most important issues to the surface.

After working for a number of years as a body-worker and a long career in science I retrained to use the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code approaches once I saw the power of accessing and dealing energetically with emotional and other imbalances in the body.

I believe our bodies can carry a tremendous amount of emotional material and, for many people, working directly with this can unlock emotional healing and unblock what may feel otherwise impossible. Letting go of trapped emotional energy from our past frees us to move forward and recover our natural sense of joy in life.

I work exclusively online or by telephone. The Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code methods I work with use muscle testing to ask direct questions of the body to identify trapped emotions and other energetic imbalances as well as contextual information.

The approach is different from counselling and doesn't rely on talking to identify the underlying issues, although some contextual information may come to mind as we ask questions of the body. I hold space for whatever comes up. We use intentions to clear emotions and imbalances during the session as we navigate associated imbalances. Belief systems can also be addressed.

The approach is remarkably effective and results may be experienced after the first session, with a short series of sessions often needed to address most issues depending on their complexity. Clients typically experience a sense of lightness after a session, some tiredness immediately afterwards and a period of integration that lasts for a day or two.
