Hello...
Hello, I’m Stuart a qualified and compassionate person-centred counsellor. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
Therapy with me...
With deep empathy and respect, I aim to support you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to find your own solutions and develop greater self-awareness.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering gentle guidance as you navigate your path to well-being. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported in every session.
Let’s work together to help you find the clarity and strength you need to live a more fulfilling life.
Experience
I work and have worked with clients from the age of 18 upwards in face to face, online and telephone sessions.
Qualifications
- Graduate skills in counselling and psychotherapy
- PGDip Counselling and Psychotherapy (Professional)

Areas of Expertise
As I am trained in the humanistic approach to therapy, it focusses on you as a whole person, rather than just focussing on a specific problem or symptom. I aim to help you better understand yourself and your experiences so you can make positive changes in your life. The humanistic approach believes that everyone has the inner strength and ability to overcome difficulties and my role is to guide in discovering using that strength.
