Welcome to Suzanne Wood-Simmons Counselling — an inclusive, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming service offering person-centred counselling for adults.

I support individuals through life changes, trauma, identity issues, adoption, bereavement, family conflict, and neurodivergent experiences.
As an Autistic and ADHD counsellor and adoptee, I offer both professional skill and lived understanding — creating a safe, accepting space where you can explore at your own pace.
