Therapy with me...
I live in Kingswinford in the West Midlands. My roots are humble, and I am proud of them. They have made me who I am today. I am honest, friendly and down-to-earth. It is my personal experience of counselling, and the benefits thereof, that lead me to qualify as a counsellor. I am passionate about mental health, having not only worked in the sector for over a decade but also struggled with my own traumatic history and mental health (and the stigma surrounding it). I want to give my clients time and the chance to be really heard, to be visible, validated and understood without judgement. I have many varying personal interests and hobbies from Heavy Metal, Motorbikes and Tattoos to Crochet. I am kink aware/friendly.
I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

Experience
In addition to my BA (Hons) Degree, I also have a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and a Diploma in CBT amongst other associated qualifications and certificates. I have experience in ERP Therapy.,
I currently work with ex offenders, local mental health charities and in private practice
