My aim as a therapist is to help my clients navigate life's challenges and improve their overall well-being through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.

As an Arab, Autistic woman, I have a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and strengths that come with these identities. I understand that navigating different cultural norms and expectations can be stressful and overwhelming, and can impact daily life. I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients to develop strategies that take into account their unique needs and strengths.

Counselling can offer many possibilities, for understanding, acceptance, change or growth. Together we will explore what you are experiencing, and how you would like the counselling to help.

Therapy will vary from client to client and is a very individual experience, this is because the work is led by you. I will support you to process your experiences, your thoughts, and your feelings; and if you don’t know what the issues are or where to start, that’s ok too we can figure that out together.
