Hello...
I’m Tayler (she/her), a psychotherapist working online and in Manchester. I know what it’s like to feel like too much and not enough in the same breath, to hold everything together while hiding how much it costs. My practice is a space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or keep coping on your own. I bring both professional training and lived experience of neurodivergence queerness, and chronic illness, so I don’t meet you as a blank slate - I meet you as a person. You can come in burnt out, grieving, questioning, or just wanting more room to breathe.
Therapy with me...
I don’t do neutral nodding or quick fixes. Therapy with me is about slowing down and making space for what’s underneath the survival mode. I work relationally, which means I show up with you, not at a distance. I draw on person-centred, trauma-aware, somatic and parts-based approaches, but we’ll shape it to what you need. This isn’t about “managing” yourself better; it’s about meeting the parts of you that learned to hide, and finding steadier ground where you don’t have to keep performing safety.
Experience
Before private practice, I worked across community, mental health, and sexual health settings, always with people carrying more than they should. I’m a Registered Member of the BACP with an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I’ve trained in integrative, trauma-focused, and relational approaches. I’ve sat with adults navigating trauma, masking, ADHD, autism, grief, burnout, and messy transitions.
Areas of Expertise
I work most with adults who’ve over-adapted for too long: the burnt out, the ones who keep it together while falling apart inside, the ones who’ve self-regulated their way into invisibility. My focus includes: neurodivergence (late diagnosis, masking, AuDHD); trauma and shame; boundaries and relational identity; LGBTQ+ and GSRD-affirming therapy; perfectionism, collapse, and high-functioning fatigue; and grief, loss, or transitions. I’m here for people in the in-between - unravelling old strategies, ready to meet what’s underneath.
If you need a specialist, I am able to offer therapy to people who are affected by Neurodivergence
