Hello...

We are a specialist Mental Health and Wellbeing organization on a mission to empower people from neurodivergent and culturally diverse communities to thrive. We provide creative arts and talking therapy which respects and values difference and diversity, for children, young people and adults with a range of neurological, social and personality differences, as well as to counselling and psychotherapy students, healthcare and education professionals.

We are able to provide counselling and therapy for mental health and wellbeing, and trauma-focussed psychotherapy for clients struggling with complex trauma and PTSD.

We also provide clinical supervision for qualified psychotherapists, arts psychotherapists and counsellors.

Therapy with us...

Our team of experienced, BADth, BACP, UKCP and HCPC registered, multicultural therapists all have personal and professional experience with neurodiversity. We can work with you, at your own pace to meet your goals. We provide both longterm (6 months +) and short term therapy for children, parent & child (together), young people, and adults. We are trained in the use of many artforms as an additional therapeutic tool. These artforms include: clay, visual art, creative writing, music, guided visualizations & breath work, psychodrama and sandplay. If you are interested in therapy with us for yourself or your child, the first step is to book an initial consultation where you can meet our friendly therapists online and discuss your goals, needs, and any questions you may have. After the Initial Consultation, we offer our services on a sliding scale, with reduced fees for people in receipt of benefits.

Experience

Our team is culturally and racially diverse. All our therapists have lived experience and/or professional experience with neurodiversity. This means we can help if you have ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dysphraxia, Dyscalculia and sensory processing differences, depression and anxiety, nightmares and night terrors, anger management issues, low self-esteem, or school bullying. We can help if you are a parent/carer for a child or young person with any of these conditions. Many of our therapists have experience of being an SEND parent/carer. The team also has specialist experience with eating disorders, addictions and personality disorders, recovering from rape or childhood sexual abuse, and suicidal thoughts & feelings, alongside aspects of neurodiversity. Please check our therapist's profiles to see their particular specialism. Please note: You or your child DO NOT need a diagnosis to access or services.
