Successful therapy hinges on a good relationship between you and your counsellor and this is always our focus.
Our team of friendly and experienced therapists will do all that they can to put you at ease. We will work with you as a person, not a diagnosis, getting to know you and your story and shaping your therapy accordingly. All of our therapists are trained in both solution focused and depth therapeutic approaches and integrate these different tools to create a unique therapy that is shaped to your specific needs.

Experience
All of our therapists are fully qualified and insured. We have 5 fee levels based on the therapist's qualification level and experience.
Qualified - At least 2 years post-qualifying experience
Senior Qualified - At least 5 years post qualifying experience
Accredited - Accredited with their professional body
Senior Accredited - At least 2 years post-accreditation experience
Psychologist - Trained to doctorate level. Over 10 years' clinical experience

We have successfully helped clients to overcome a wide range of difficulties from stress related illnesses, like depression and anxiety, to more complex mental health issues like eating disorders, PTSD and personality disorders. We've supported clients who are going through difficult life transitions, relationship issues and existential crises. You name it, we have someone on the team who can help you with it.
